We guarantee everything we install. All retail carpet it is guaranteed for life. And as part of the installation experience, we measure your home and make a detailed diagram of each installation for free. This insures that the installation crew has detailed instructions on exactly how the floor is to be installed in the home. We also pre-inspect all carpet before we custom cut it to each home. This catches any issues that may come from a manufacture prior to it being delivered to a customer’s home.
